Do you have a complaint?
Here at Mike Lister Photography we aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and provide a high standard of service to all our customers however if you do have a complaint we aim to resolve any customer issues or concerns as quickly as possible.
Complaints should be directed to Mike Lister who will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two working days of receiving it. He will then endeavour to liaise with you quickly and resolve your complaint promptly. A formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you no later than 15 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter.
